Ginny

While practicing architecture in Chicago during the 80’s and 90’s, Ginny was contacted by a North Shore couple to update and expand their home.  This call was the beginning of an on-going, ten-year professional relationship.

Just off Lake Michigan, this cottage home in Lake Bluff, Illinois sits nestled in a wooded and beautifully landscaped setting upon which Ginny designed a romantic master suite with the addition of an indoor lap pool and new master bathroom.  The pool addition can be completely opened to the outdoors via multiple sets of French doors and is directly accessible on the inside from the master bedroom.  Should other family members or guests wish to use the therapeutic lap pool, the master suite can be closed off to maintain its privacy.
