Ginny

While adding needed living space and solving functional requirements for Ginny’s clients, she created an estate high on the hilltop of this breathtaking property overlooking the Mill Podnd section of the Minnehaha Creek in east Edina, Minnesota. By taking advantage of the incredible views and natural setting, Ginny transformed the property into an East Hampton inspired grand home.

On the west side of the structure, Ginny designed a three level addition.  It provides a three-car garage on the lower level; a family room with vaulted walnut ceilings and an attached creek-facing screen porch on the middle floor; and additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and a laundry room on the second floor.

On the opposite side of the home, Ginny renovated an existing wing of the home to create a master bedroom and bath spa with a connecting fully mirrored dressing room.  Throughout this truly unique home, Ginny’s attention to detail is revealed in each and every space.
