Built in 1901, this classic home in the Lowry Hill neighborhood of Minneapolis was in need of some 21st century living space.  Ginny designed a family room, a mudroom, an updated kitchen, and an informal dining room that opens through French doors directly onto a terrace that gives her clients a more modern and functional living experience.

Ginny carefully integrated the new spaces with the old through meticulous detailing that seamlessly flows with the home’s existing features and finishes.  The round roof and exquisitely detailed soffit and eaves add charm to the small urban back yard where alfresco dining is a regular evening activity.
