  • Info

A Minnesotan snow-bird couple approached Ginny to renovate a 2,700 square foot condominium located in the Parkwood Knolls neighborhood of Edina, Minnesota.  Ginny transformed a tired 80’s condominium into a modern, functional, and lovely home for the spring, summer, and fall when the empty-nesters are in town from Florida.

Ginny’s design involved the gutting and renovation of the entire 2,700 square feet. The result was an updated kitchen, a new powder room, master bath and bedroom suite, living room fireplace, and cabinetry, as well as new lighting and wood trim throughout the condominium.
